When I heard this tour announced I couldn't wait to sign up to read this story as I had read the start of Phoebe and Jack's romance in Mishaps and Milrise and the followed up with the first in the series of these books Little Acts of Love.
I have to say I love Phoebe and Jack but with every instalment we are learning more about both of them. Phoebe is pretty stressed with her new job as she is being hailed as a shining light to save Hendry's, her personal life is taking a turn for the worst as she fears Jack is hiding things from her.
In this story we have some old characters in the form of Midnight and Maria and they are truly delightful. We then have some not so nice ones in the form of Jack's mum (she keeps comparing Phoebe to Jack's dead wife) and his brother Archie (who is determined to throw a spanner in the works at every opportunity). There is also Adam Hendry who has taken a liking to Pheobe in not just a professional capacity but personal too.
It's not all downs for Pheobe and Jack there are some lovely moments too. Also Midnight makes some of the scenes really funny.
Put all this into a book and its makes a great story, then add in Tilly's writing and you have a truly lovely short story that has me gagging to read the next book in the series.

Tilly Tennant was born in Dorset ,
the oldest of four children, but now lives in Staffordshire with a family of
her own. After years of dismal and disastrous jobs, including paper plate
stacking, shop girl, newspaper promotions and waitressing (she never could
carry a bowl of soup without spilling a bit), she decided to indulge her
passion for the written word by embarking on a degree in English and creative writing,
graduating in 2009 with first class honours. She wrote her first novel in 2007
during her first summer break at university and has not stopped writing since.
She also works as a freelance fiction editor, and considers herself very lucky
